Fast food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly. Fast food can also be defined as any food that contributes little or no nutrient value to the diet, but instead provides excess calories and fat. Fast food can be a good way to save time ,but it is not the proper way for of these foods that are of little nutritional value and often high in fat, sugar, and calories. Common foods include salted snack foods, gum, candy, sweet desserts, fried fast food, and carbonated food may include chips, hot pies ,pasties, sandwiches, burgers, croissants, kebabs, pizzas, chicken, soups, and also includes drinks, for instance, milkshakes, and soft we discus some most common Disease and other side effects caused by fast food.

快餐是指可以迅速準備和供應的食物。快餐也可以定義爲:那些飲食中營養價值很低或者沒有營養價值的食物。這種食物只能提供過量的卡路里和脂肪。快餐是節省時間的一個好方法,但是卻沒有充分的營養。其中的一些食物不僅營養價值很低,而且在脂肪,糖分和卡路里等方面含量很高。常見的食物包括鹹的零食、口香糖、糖果、甜點、油炸食品和碳酸飲料。快餐可能還包括薯片、熱餡餅、餡餅、三明治、漢堡、羊角麪包、烤肉、披薩、雞肉、湯和沙拉,甚至包括奶昔和軟飲。現在,我們來討論由快餐引起的一些最常見的疾病和其它副作用。
