If your school doesn't already collect yoursmartphones before you go to class, we're certain that it will start doing soafter seeing this new mobile app. Per Engadget, an app called PhotoMath isevery math teacher's worst nightmare come to life as it will solve equationsfor you just by using your smartphone's camera.

如果你們學校在上課前還沒開始沒收你們的手機，那麼在看到這款手機APP後，你們學校應該就會這麼做了。根據Engadget的報道，一款叫做PhotoMath的應用軟件正成爲每個數學老師最可怕的夢魘，因爲使用這款APP，就可以幫助你解答數學方程式。

As you can see in the video posted below,the app uses your camera to scan the page for math ematical symbols and will then decipher the precise syntax of the problem it sees and then solve it.

這款應用軟件使用攝像頭掃描數學符號，隨即就可以給出答案。

So far, the app can read basic arithmetic expressions, fractions, powers and roots, and simple linear equations — inother words, you shouldn't expect it to do your calculus homework for you just yet, though we're sure its capabilities will get even more impressive if itproves to be a hit.

目前爲止，這款APP可以理解基本的算術運算式，分數，冥，根，以及簡單的線性方程——換言之，這款軟件還不能幫助你解答微積分方面的數學題。當然，如果這款軟件很受歡迎的話，其能力肯定會得到不斷的加強。

The app is free to download for iOS and Windows Phones users right now. The app is coming to Android sometime in 2015, though there's no firm release date for it just yet.
