skydiving: 特技跳傘。

take a lot of guts: 很有勇氣，很喲膽量。guts，內臟，比喻人的內在本質性格特徵。

express: 表示，表現出。

disgust: 憎惡;憤慨;反感。

as cool as a cucumber: 形容人是極其鎮定的，非常冷靜的，情緒不會受到周圍環境的影響。cucumber，黃瓜。黃瓜在西方通常是冷吃的蔬菜，並且由於它的顏色是冷色調的綠色，因此cucumber被用來形容冷酷、鎮定的性格。
