1. Take a relaxing bath

There is nothing More relaxing than taking a bath. Add a bunch of different oils, soaps and scents, if you have them on hand, or just add some baby oil or body wash. If you have a few candles, light them. Taking a bath is one of the cheapest ways to relax after a long work day. You don’t have to add a lot of rose petals, light a lot of scented candles and drink an expensive wine or champagne in order to unwind.
