David：Does that apartment come furnished?)

那套房子裏有傢俱嗎？

You：This apartment has all the furnitures that are necessary for daily liveing.

常用的傢俱都有。

David：Like a refrigerator?

有冰箱嗎？

You：It doesn’t have a refrigerator. It just has a TV, which has cable.

沒有冰箱，但有有線電視。

David：Oh, well. How about a patio? Does the apartment have a patio?

有院子嗎？我是說你這房子有沒有院子？

You：Yes, it has a patio. You can have a lot of fun on the patio. No problem.

You：The patio is quite spacious with a lot of sunshine. You will really enjoy it.
