第三季度城市交通擁堵有所緩解 濟南重回全國'首堵'

More than one-third of major Chinese cities saw reduced traffic congestion in the third quarter of this year, compared with the same period last year, according to a report published recently.

根據近日發佈的一份報告顯示,今年第三季度,我國超過1/3的大城市的交通擁堵情況同比有所緩解。

The report was released by AMAP, a major online map provider in China, and several other companies and institutes.

該報告是由國內主要在線地圖供應商高德地圖與數家其他公司和機構聯合發佈的。

The report, based on traffic data from 100 cities, found that 37 of them had become less congested in the third quarter. Congestion in 42 cities was the same as last year, while conditions were worse in the remainder.

基於100個城市的交通數據的該報告發現,在第三季度,有37個城市的擁堵情況有所緩解,42個城市的擁堵情況與去年持平,其餘城市的擁堵情況出現惡化。

Jinan was ranked as the most-congested city, with a time-delay index in rush-hour congestion of 2.065 - meaning drivers spent more than twice as long on the road on average between 7 and 9 am, and 5 and 7 pm, compared with free flowing traffic.

濟南被評爲最擁堵城市,高峯擁堵延時指數爲2.065,這意味着在早7點-9點、晚5點-7點時段,司機平均在路上花費的時間是交通暢通情況下的2倍以上。

Harbin and Beijing ranked second and third, with indexes of 2.049 and 2.046.

哈爾濱和北京分列二、三位,高峯擁堵延時指數分別爲2.049和2.046。

Shijiazhuang saw the biggest improvement in traffic congestion between July and September, with the index decreasing by 9.9%. The major cause was the opening of a subway line in June, which helped reduce automobile use.

7月至9月,石家莊的交通擁堵狀況改善最爲明顯,高峯擁堵延時指數下降了9.9%。主要原因是6月份開通了一條地鐵線,這有助於減少汽車的使用。

Eight other cities such as Guiyang, Guizhou province, and Xiamen, Fujian province, also saw their indexes decline by more than 5 percent.

而包括貴州省的貴陽市、福建省的廈門市在內的其他八座城市,這一指數也下跌了超過5%。
