國務院再發大紅包 新一輪減稅啓動

Chinese government plans new tax cuts to reduce the burden on businesses, support innovation and stabilize growth.

我國政府計劃通過新一輪降稅減輕企業負擔、支持創新和穩定增長。

Tax cuts were approved last Wednesday at a State Council executive meeting presided over by Premier Li Keqiang, after the government announced measures to reduce business costs in the first quarter.

繼一季度政府出臺降低企業成本的措施後，上週三，國務院總理李克強主持召開的國務院常務會議通過了減稅措施。

Value-added tax will be simplified, more small and micro companies will enjoy income tax incentives, and proportion of pre-tax deductions for innovation-based tech companies will rise, according to a statement made public after the meeting.

根據會後公佈的聲明，增值稅將得以簡化，更多小微企業將享受所得稅優惠，創新科技企業的稅前加計扣除比例將提高。

A government work report released in March promised around 350 billion yuan of cuts to corporate taxes and business fees cut by around 200 billion yuan in 2017.

3月發佈的政府工作報告承諾，2017年我國將減輕企業稅負約3500億元、涉企收費約2000億元。

After the new measures become effective, the total tax reduction will amount to more than 380 billion yuan this year, the statement said.

聲明稱，這些新措施實施後，今年我國減稅總規模將超過3800億元。
