中韓中澳兩大自貿協定同日生效

China's free trade agreements with South Korea and Australia came into effect on Sunday, giving the countries an edge in their efforts to boost exports of goods and services.

中國與韓國以及中國與澳大利亞的自貿協定在20日正式生效。這也有利於各國之間努力推動出口商品和出口服務。

Under the deal with Australia, tariffs on 95 percent of Australian exports have been lifted, while obstacles will be removed to allow more Chinese businesses to invest in the country. Visas will also be relaxed for Chinese visitors.

其中，《中澳自貿協定》給予了95%的澳大利亞出口中國的商品零關稅，同時中國企業在澳大利亞投資的障礙也就此移除。對中國遊客來說，簽證也將放寬。

The deal with South Korea will see China remove tariffs on 91 percent of Korean products over the next 20 years, while Seoul will eliminate tariffs on 92 percent of Chinese goods.

《中韓自貿協定》規定，在接下來的20年，中方實現零關稅的產品將達到稅目的91%，而韓國方面也實現零關稅的產品將達到稅目的92%。

China is South Korea's biggest trading partner and largest export market. South Korea is also one of China's biggest foreign investors. China is already Australia's largest export market.

中國是韓國最大的貿易伙伴，也是最大的出口市場。而韓國也是中國最大的海外投資對象國之一。同時，中國也是澳大利亞的最大出口市場。

However, Chinese consumers still have to wait before buying zero-tariff Australian infant milk formula, Australian steak and South Korean cosmetics on domestic market. Tariffs on Australian infant milk formula and Australian steak will be eliminated within 4 years and 10 years respectively.

不過，中國消費者還需等上一段時間，才能買到零關稅的澳大利亞嬰幼兒配方奶粉、澳大利亞牛排和韓國化妝品。澳大利亞奶粉、澳大利亞牛排要分別等上4年、10年才完全免關稅。
