同性戀服務生遭顧客騷擾 獲天價賠償

According to the Daily Mail on February 14, a gay waiter who had his nipples tweaked by a customer at a Chinese restaurant in London, UK, has been awarded ￡21,500 (about＄34,800) after winning his discrimination claim.

該國一名同性戀服務員因在一家中餐館工作時遭遇男顧客摸乳頭等歧視性行爲而將該餐館告上法庭，並於日前獲賠2.15萬英鎊（約合3.48萬美元）。

Chinese-born Vincent Ma, 31, joined the Yauatcha Chinese restaurant of London in October 2009, and he told the tribunal how he was left humiliated when two male managers simulated sex acts in front of him and how when a customer pinched his nipple as he served food, his boss asked him: "Did you like it?"

31歲的文森特 馬（音譯）出生在中國，自2009年10月開始在一家叫Yauatcha的倫敦中餐廳工作。他告訴法庭，他是如何在餐廳遭受侮辱行爲的。兩名男性經理在他面前模仿“性動作”。除此之外，在他爲客人服務的過程中，還有顧客對其進行性騷擾，而值班經理卻反問他：“難道你不喜歡被摸嗎？”

He also told the tribunal: "I was losing weight and, due to the tightness of the company uniform, a black T-shirt, my body figure was being shown. However, one manager said my chest was sexy."

他還告訴法庭：“我的體重在不斷下降，原因就是因爲餐廳黑色T恤制服太緊了。另外，我的整個身形顯露無疑。但是，經理還嘲笑我很性感”。

A London panel ordered Hakkasan Limited, which owns Yauatcha, to pay Vincent ￡21,500 (about＄34,800) for lost earnings and injury to feelings.

倫敦一家法院判決因收入損失以及情感受傷兩項因素，要求Yauatcha中餐廳所屬的Hakkasan有限公司賠付文森特2.15萬英鎊（約合3.48萬美元）。
