天津發生爆炸：突發爆炸如何逃生？

【爆炸後如何逃生？】

來自美國聯邦應急管理署（Federal Emergency Management Agency，簡稱FEMA）的建議：

· Get under a sturdy table or desk if things are falling around you. When they stop falling, leave quickly, watching for obviously weakened floors and stairways. As you exit from the building, be especially watchful of falling debris.
如果你周圍有東西坍塌了，躲在堅實的桌子或是椅子下面。如果坍塌靜止了，趕緊離開，當心明顯很脆弱的地板和樓梯。從建築物裏逃生時，尤其要注意墜落的廢墟殘骸。

· Leave the building as quickly as possible. Do not stop to retrieve personal possessions or make phone calls.
儘可能快的離開建築物。別停下去找回個人財物或是打電話。

· Do not use elevators.
不要乘坐電梯。

· Check for fire and other hazards.
檢查火災和其他危險。

· Once you are out, do not stand in front of windows, glass doors or other potentially hazardous areas.
一旦你已逃出，不要站在窗子、玻璃門或是其他潛在危險可能的區域。

· Move away from sidewalks or streets to be used by emergency officials or others still exiting the building.
遠離緊急救援人員使用的人行道或街道，或是其他仍在從建築物中逃生的人。

· If you are trapped in debris, use a flashlight, if possible, to signal your location to rescuers.
如果你被困在廢墟中，如果有可能請使用手電筒發出信號等到救援。

· Tap on a pipe or wall so rescuers can hear where you are.
敲打管道或是牆壁，這樣一來救援人員就能聽到你所在的位置。

· If possible, use a whistle to signal rescuers.
如果可能的話，請吹口哨對救援人員發出信號。

· Shout only as a last resort. Shouting can cause a person to inhale dangerous amounts of dust.
把大聲呼救作爲最後萬不得已的（求救）方法。大聲呼救會讓你吸入大量危險的塵土。

· Avoid unnecessary movement so you don’t kick up dust.
不要做無謂的移動，這樣你纔不會激起塵土。

· Cover your nose and mouth with anything you have on hand. (Dense-weave cotton material can act as a good filter. )
