We regret we have to decline your offer.

We can't accept your offer unless the price is reduced by 7%.
除非你們減價7%，否則我們無法接受報盤。
We are not interested unless your price is reduced to a level in line with the market price.
除非你們把價格降到與市場價格相當，否則我們不感興趣。

Tip:

unless是從屬連詞，引導條件狀語從句，含有否定意義，相當於 if條件狀語從句的否定形式 (if... not)。常用來引導一個含否定意義的真實條件句，有時也可引導非真實條件句。 unless引導條件句時，可能會出現下列兩種情況:
(1)主句爲肯定句。例如 You'll fail in math again unless you work har-der. (如果你不再加把勁學習，你數學考試還會不及格。 )
(2)主句爲否定句。例如 1 wouldn't be saying this unless I were sure of the facts. (要是我對這些事情沒有把握，我就不說這話了)。
