a bit of a +名詞或短語

用:用來修飾說話人不喜歡的人或不贊成的事。常跟的名詞爲coward, ass,fool, idiot, nuisance, weakling等。

意…挺…的;有點…;相當…

例. I don't know why you like him. I think he's a bit of a fool.

我不知道你爲什麼喜歡他,我看他挺蠢的.

John is a bit of a dangerous blunderer.

約翰是一個很危險且常壞事的人。

every bit as+形容詞+as

例. Although she was a girl, she was every bit as strong as her brother.
