She is one of the world's best-paid models and the longest-serving Victoria's Secret Angel ever.

But while multi-millionaire Adrianna Lima undoubtedly has access to the best personal trainers and nutrition advice, the busy mother of two also has times when she is stuck for access to a gym while she's on the go.

The 36-year-old has revealed how she manages to stay fit when she's travelling to far-flung locations for shoots and it's super simple – a jump rope.

The Angels will be flying to Shanghai in China for this year's Victoria Angels show later this month.

And according to her trainer, the Brazilian beauty will likely be walking in her last one – so the pressure will be on the look her best.

Adriana, speaking to CR Fashion Book, said she's been 'switching things up' lately. She's always been an avid boxer, but says recently she's been doing a lot of circuit training and running.[/en

[en]But she says she finds keeping fit on the road 'really challenging'.

'I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting,' she said.“

'Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up.'

Adriana has said that she doesn't 'diet' but eats a healthy, balanced diet all year round because she wants to be a good example for her two daughters.

That means training consistently too, although she will 'eat a little bit leaner' and cut out her favourite treat of sweets in the run up to the Victoria Secrets show each year.

Back in 2012, she managed to get cat-walk ready and opened her fifth show in less than two months after giving birth to her second daughter.

But Adriana admits she finds it harder to stay in shape after pregnancy.

She said she is a fan of smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies, takes a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help 'purify' her body.

她說自己還是喜歡慕斯、新鮮的水果,蔬菜,每天都攝入維生素,喝各種花草茶來幫助“淨化”身體。

'Don't be too hard on yourself and listen to your body – it will tell you when it’s ready to workout again,' she said.

“不要太苛責自己,對自己身體要了解——她會告訴你什麼時候可以再開始鍛鍊。”她說。

'Work hard, but make sure not to deprive your body of necessary nutrients, because it’s really important to keep your energy up to hit the gym.'

“鍛鍊要到位,攝入身體需要的營養,這對於你在健身房保持體力很重要。”
