北京十三五生態環保目標 PM2.5年均濃度五年降三成

Beijing government has vowed that by 2020 the city's annual average density of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) will have decreased by 30% from that of 2015.

北京市政府日前承諾，到2020年，該市細顆粒物(PM2.5)的年均濃度將比2015年下降30%。

According to the city's environmental protection plan for the 2016-2020 period, which was approved last Tuesday, the annual average concentration of PM2.5 will be around 56 micrograms per cubic meter in 2020.

依據上週二通過的北京市"十三五"時期環境保護規劃，2020年，北京市PM2.5年均濃度將降至每立方米56微克左右。

The number of days with good air quality will be above 56% in 2020.

2020年，全市空氣質量優良天數比例將會超過56%。

The city will further shift from burning coal to using gas, electricity and solar power. By 2020, the city will have removed all coal burning boilers and the proportion of clean and high-quality energy will be above 90%.

北京市將進一步推行煤改氣、煤改電及煤改太陽能。到2020年，北京市將取消所有燃煤鍋爐，清潔優質能源比重將達到90%以上。

In addition, more cars with high emissions will be banned from the roads.

此外，更多高排放機動車將不得上路。

At the same time, the city will continue to address water and soil pollution. In 2020, the city's total water use will be within 4.3 billion cubic meters.

與此同時，北京市將繼續治理水土污染問題。2020年，全市用水總量將控制在43億立方米以內。
