Thinning hair, hair loss, and other hair-related issues can affect people as young as in their teens and early twenties.
人們在青少年和20歲出頭時,就有可能遇到頭髮變少、脫髮,以及其他頭髮相關的問題。

有數據爲證:一則阿里健康發佈的《拯救脫髮趣味白皮書》顯示,在零售平臺購買植髮護髮產品的消費者中,90後以36.1%的佔比,即將趕超80後,成爲防脫髮主力軍。

不得不說,“第一批90後已經禿了”話題已經在微博火了很久了。90後表示,還沒脫單,就開始脫髮了。

最怕網友突然的關心,近日@一禪小和尚在微博上發了一組扎心圖並喊話“你今天脫髮了嗎?” 炸出一衆憂傷到變形的禿友們。(小和尚關心我們脫髮?什麼心態?!)

網友的回覆更是揪心:

這個話題真的很沉重!

據說,如今告訴一個姑娘“你最近頭髮掉的有點多” ,比跟她說“你最近胖了”還要殘忍!因爲體重可以減,髮際線卻一去不復返。

► 男生

脫髮的原因因人而異,通常和飲食、壓力、遺傳有關……

其中,遺傳性脫髮佔比不少。

Hair loss can be hereditary. Hereditary hair loss is called androgenetic alopecia, or for males, male pattern baldness, and for females, female pattern baldness.
脫髮有可能是遺傳性的。遺傳性脫髮又稱爲雄激素源性脫髮,分爲男性雄性脫和女性雄性脫。

這種脫髮男女表現形式還不一樣,男性一般從髮際線往後脫,女性則是彌散性地脫。

Androgenetic alopecia occurs when a hair follicle sheds, and the hair that replaces it is thinner and finer than what was there previously. The hair follicles continue to shrink and eventually hair stops growing altogether.
遺傳性脫髮的過程是毛囊脫落,新長出的頭髮比之前更細軟,毛囊逐漸萎縮,最終頭髮停止生長。

It can be passed down from either the mother's or father's genes – but is more likely to occur if both parents have this issue.

➤Keep cool: In general, the less heat you use, the better. Styling with heat can damage the hair, and if you must use heated tools, pick those with adjustable settings and keep them on the lowest level.
讓頭髮涼爽點:給頭髮帶去的熱量越少越好。用熱風做造型很損害發質。如果一定要用加熱工具,用可調節溫度的並把溫度調至最低檔。

➤Brush with care: Used in conjunction with a blow-dryer, round metal brushes can heat up significantly, and some brushes with hard plastic or metal bristles can cause breakage. Instead, try a brush made of gentle boar bristles or flexible nylon.

❶ Over-shampooing causes hair loss. 頻繁洗頭會導致脫髮。

Many people tend to think that over-shampooing can cause hair loss because a lot of the time our hair falls out naturally in the shower, and it may seem like more hair falling out than normal.
很多人以爲頻繁洗頭會引起脫髮,其實洗頭時頭髮是自然脫落的,只是掉的頭髮看上去比平時要多一些。

Gel, hairspray and shampoo do not cause balding. But some men tease their hair and use curling irons, which could speed up the process.
髮膠、定型噴霧、洗髮水都不會引起脫髮。但是反梳頭髮、用燙髮鉗有可能加速脫髮。

❷ Wearing a hat strains hair follicles, causing hair to fall out. 戴帽子會對毛囊產生壓力,從而引起脫髮。

Good news for men who rely on caps to cover their shiny crowns: They're not causing any harm. Dirty hats can, however, lead to a scalp infection, which in turn accelerates hair loss, so either make sure yours is clean or rotate frequently.

Bergfeld's past research suggests that iron deficiency may be closely linked to hair loss. Treatment — like taking iron supplements—could restore growth.
