一、文體分析
勸說性的書信寫作目的是向某個組織或個人提出勸說性的建議的一種應用文體。先提出建議，隨後給出充足的理由勸說對方接受你的建議，提出的理由要合情合理，用詞要恰當，既要委婉禮貌，又要有說服力。
二、基本結構和內容
首先點明寫信的目的是提勸說性的建議，然後講清楚建議的事項、理由、具體建議和措施，最後再一次提出希望，禮貌結束全文。
