據《中國經濟週刊》報道，數據表明中國每年最低工資上漲週期將放緩，全國各地上調分佈不均。

【講解】

minimum wage increase是上調最低工資。
目前，全國最低工資標準整體的狀況是：上海最低工資標準每月（monthly minimum wage）2190元，爲全國最高（ranked the highest），青海的最低工資標準爲1270元，爲全國最低（ranked last）。
最低工資（minimum wage）同當地的經濟產出（economic output）密切相關（closely related）。
除了2016年已作出調整的7個省份以外，2015年調整最低工資的有22個省份，這表明有些省份已經兩年沒有調整最低工資（adjusted their minimum wage）了。
數據表明，一些地區的調整幅度（adjustment amount）有所下降（decrease）。根據人社部統計，過去5年間，全國最低工資標準年平均增幅爲13.1%（average minimum wage increased by 13.1 percent）。目前僅13個省份的最低工資增幅超過（exceed）了13.1%。
專家表示，最低工資標準增幅下降的原因（attributable to）是中國經濟放緩（the slowdown of China's economy）。
