10月份我國新能源汽車銷量同增107%

Sales of new energy vehicles (NEV) in China more than doubled in October, data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers showed.

根據中國汽車工業協會的數據顯示，今年10月我國新能源汽車銷量增加了不止一倍。

92,000 NEVs were produced in October, up 85.9% year-on-year, and 91,000 were sold, up 106.7% from October 2016.

10月份，新能源汽車產銷分別爲9.2萬輛和9.1萬輛，同比分別增長85.9%和106.7%。

Total auto sales remained stable, with some 2.7 million vehicles sold in October, up 2% year-on-year.

汽車總銷量保持穩定，十月份銷量約爲270萬輛，同比增長2%。

The robust growth came as China has intensified efforts to encourage the use of NEVs to ease pressure on the environment, by offering tax exemptions and discounts for car purchases, and ordering government organizations to buy more NEVs.

強勁增長的背後，是我國爲緩解環境壓力，加大措施鼓勵新能源汽車的使用，包括提供購車免稅和價格優惠，以及命令政府機構購買更多新能源汽車。

In the latest move, Chinese banking authorities announced new loan policies to allow buyers of NEVs to borrow a larger portion of the purchase price.

最新的舉措是，我國銀監會宣佈了新的貸款政策，允許新能源汽車購置者提高貸款比例。

Starting in 2018, NEV buyers can borrow up to 85% of the cost from banks, up from the previous 80%.

自2018年起，新能源汽車購置者從銀行的貸款最高發放比例從之前的80%提高至85%。
