美國法官阻止川普總統指令

The White House has sharply criticized a U.S. federal judge's ruling blocking a directive from President Donald Trump to withhold funding from sanctuary jurisdictions - those that limit their cooperation with U.S. immigration agents.

“San Francisco, and cities like it, are putting the well-being of criminal aliens before the safety of our citizens, and those city officials who authored these policies have the blood of dead Americans on their hands,” the White House said in a statement late Tuesday.

The reaction came hours after U.S. District Judge William Orrick issued a temporary ruling that will remain in effect while a lawsuit over a provision in a Trump executive order makes its way through the court. The January 25 executive order called for federal funding to be withheld from sanctuary jurisdictions, and the judge said the president cannot put new conditions on money already allocated by Congress.白宮嚴厲抨擊美國一名聯邦法官做出的裁決，該裁決阻止川普總統的有關指令，扣留那些限制本地與聯邦移民當局合作的所謂移民庇護城市管轄地區獲得聯邦撥款。

白宮做出反應的數小時之前，美國地區聯邦法官奧裏克做出臨時裁決，該裁決在針對川普行政令當中的一個條款所涉及的法律訴訟法院審理過程中將一直有效。今年1月25日川普總統簽發行政令，要求扣留對移民庇護城市的聯邦撥款。這名法官表示，總統不能對國會已經撥付的款項設定新的條件。
