降低國人致殘風險 國家級規劃出臺

China's central authority has issued a national action plan for the prevention of disabilities, which aims to effectively reduce new disabilities by 2020 by promoting awareness and early screening.

我國中央政府日前發佈國家殘疾預防行動計劃，該計劃旨在通過提高殘疾預防意識和加強早期篩查在2020年前有效減少殘疾發生。

According to the plan, issued by the general office of the State Council, most women should have been screened for hereditary conditions, and prenatal checkups should cover more than 60% of pregnant women over the next five years.

根據國務院辦公廳發佈的這項計劃，未來五年，遺傳病篩查將覆蓋我國多數女性，孕婦產前篩查率應達到60%以上。

By 2020, more than 85% of newborns and children will have been tested for disabilities. In the same time span, more than 90% of eligible children will have received free vaccinations, the document said.

計劃稱，到2020年，新生兒及兒童殘疾篩查率將達85%以上，同時，適齡兒童免費疫苗接種率將達90%以上。

The document called for better safety supervision at production facilities and improved road traffic management to reduce disabilities resulting from injury.

計劃要求加強生產設施的安全監管、完善道路交通管理，以減少傷害致殘。

In addition, 80 percent of the disabled should have access to basic care services, according to the document.

此外，該文件還指出，80%的殘疾人應該獲得基本的護理服務。

Working committees for the disabled at various levels were urged to supervise and inspect the implementation of the plan, and a final inspection will be carried out in 2020.

各級殘疾人工作委員會被督促監督並檢查該計劃的執行情況，最終檢查將於2020年進行。
