正版即將卸任 中國版的'奧巴馬'未來又會如何呢?

As U.S. President Barack Obama prepares to leave office in January, another man – one who shares a physical appearance with Obama – is also preparing for some major life changes.

隨着美國總統貝拉克·奧巴馬準備於明年一月卸任，另一個和他長得很像的人也即將迎來一些重大的生活改變。

Xiao Jiguo was first told that he looked like Obama in 2008, after the latter was elected and the former chose to cut his long hair short.

2008年奧巴馬當選成爲美國總統之後，肖基國第一次聽到別人說他長得跟奧巴馬很像，於是他隨後決定剪掉自己的長髮，做起了奧巴馬的特型演員。

In a profile done by Henan news site , Xiao said he didn't even know who Obama was at the time, but when he eventually saw a picture, he had to admit the resemblance.

在河南新聞網站豫青網上的一篇個人簡介中，肖基國表示自己當時甚至根本不知道到底誰是奧巴馬，但是當最終看到一張照片之後，他也不得不承認自己和奧巴馬長得的確很像。

Later, he found out that even their birthdays were almost the same – just one day apart, though, at 30, Xiao is significantly younger than his American lookalike.

後來，肖基國發現甚至自己的生日也和奧巴馬差不多是一樣的，只相隔了一天--雖然30歲的肖基國看起來要比奧巴馬年輕多了。

Xiao is an actor, but he was a mostly unknown name until 2012, when he performed on a televised talent competition.

肖基國是一名演員，但是直到2012年前他都還只是一個無名小卒，當時他在一個電視才藝表演節目上表演了一次。

Since then, he has had several small roles in Chinese films. He also earns money making appearances as Obama at various corporate functions, fundraisers and other events around China.

從那時起，他就在一些中國電影裏扮演了許多小角色。他還通過在全中國各種公司活動、募捐、以及其他活動中扮演奧巴馬來掙錢。

Recently, he starred in a comedy titled "'Obama' goes on Blind dates," according to the BBC.

據BBC報道，肖基國最近還參演了一部名爲《"奧巴馬"去相親》的喜劇。

Although Xiao makes a living by pretending to be the U.S. president, his impression of the eloquent Obama has one persistent flaw: Xiao speaks only Chinese.

儘管肖基國通過扮演美國總統爲生，但是雄辯的奧巴馬在他的扮演下卻一直有一個破綻：肖基國只會說中文。

"I can only speak a few words of English," he acknowledged in the profile, "so when I do my impression, most of what I'm saying is made-up English. Nobody can understand it."

他在豫青網上的人物簡介中承認道："我只會講幾句英語。因此在我表演的時候，我說的很多話都是胡編亂造的英語。沒人聽得懂。"

Nevertheless, Xiao has enjoyed real success over the past few years. He told the BBC that he has earned at least 100,000 RMB ($14,700) every month since last year.

但是，在過去幾年裏肖基國真的取得了成功。他對BBC透露，從去年以來他每個月至少都能賺10萬人民幣（約合14700美元）。

Perhaps it is unsurprising, then, that when asked by NBC what he would say to President Obama if he ever had the opportunity to meet the man, Xiao answered:

也許這不足爲奇--後來當NBC電視臺詢問肖基國，如果有機會見到奧巴馬的話，想對他說些什麼，肖基國回答道：

"If one day I could have the chance to meet President Obama, I would say thanks so much to him. I think there is some bond between us."
