叢林囧事:攝像頭記錄政客"野戰"

An Austrian politician is set to receive up to 16,000 pounds in compensation after a hidden camera, used for taking wildlife snaps, photographed him having sexual intercourse in a forest, the Daily Telegraph reported。

據英國《每日電訊報》報道，奧地利森林裝有隱蔽攝像頭，記錄野生動物生活，一名政客與女友野外交歡時，卻被攝像頭記錄下來，而他有望獲得一萬六千英鎊的賠償。

Legal experts said the camera is in conflict with Austrian laws that restrict the use of surveillance cameras。

法律專家表示，奧地利法律對監控攝像頭使用有明確限制，此舉與現行法律相悖。

Hans Zeger, president of Argen Daten, an NGO specializing in data protection, said that official permission was needed to place the camera, and "at the very least it should have been marked with signs so visitors could adjust their behavior and avoid the monitored areas."

致力於數據保護的非政府組織Argen Daten的主席漢斯·希格斯說，攝像頭安裝前應有官方准入手續，至少使用方應在放置處標明此處有監控，這樣遊客才能避開監控區域，注意檢點自己的行爲。
