六成以上90後睡眠不足 北京爲起牀最早城市

More than 60% of people born in 1990s do not get enough sleep, with those living in Beijing among those waking up earliest, a survey shows.

一項調查顯示,60%以上的90後睡眠不足,那些生活在北京的人起牀最早。

Chinese Medical Doctor Association's sleep medicine specialized committee released the data from the lastest survey about sleeping patterns across the world, before the 18th World Sleep Day on March 21.

在3月21日第18個世界睡眠日到來之前,中國醫師協會睡眠醫學專業委員會發布了全球睡眠模式最新調查數據。

The survey on Chinese born in 1990s showed their average sleep time is 7.5 hours.

對中國90後的調查顯示,他們的平均睡眠時間爲7.5小時。

六成以上90後睡眠不足 北京爲起牀最早城市

31.1% of post-90s people sleep late and wake up late, while 30.9% sleep late and wake up early and only 17.5% sleep early and wake up early. Moreover, only 28.2% wake up naturally.

31.1%的90後晚睡晚起,30.9%的人晚睡早起,只有17.5%的人早睡早起。此外,只有28.2%的人能睡到自然醒。

Nationwide, post-90s people living in Shanghai sleep earliest, while those in Shenzhen are most unwilling to go to bed. As a contrast to Beijing, Zhuhai is the city with the latest wake-up time.

從全國範圍來看,生活在上海的90後睡得最早,而生活在深圳的90後則是最不願意上牀睡覺的。與北京恰好相反,珠海是起牀最晚的城市。

If you want sound sleep, think twice when choosing a job. The survey revealed programmers are most vulnerable to insomnia, followed by blue–collar workers, salespersons, consultants, online shop owners and online celebrities.

如果你想要有良好的睡眠,那麼在選擇工作時就要三思。該調查顯示,程序員最容易失眠,其次是藍領工人、銷售員、諮詢師、在線商店老闆和網絡紅人。
