A:Excuse me,Mr. Li. I have something to discuss with you.

A:對不起，李先生。我有點事得跟你商量。

B:I'm in a bit of a hurry,Miss Liu. Can you wait for a minute?

B:我這會兒正忙，劉小姐。可以等等嗎？

A:I would reAlly appreciate it if we could talk for a few minutes now. It's about the overtime you've asked me to put in.

A:我很想現在就和你談談，只要幾分鐘。是關於您讓我 加班的事。

B:All right. What's the problem?

B:那好吧。有什麼困難嗎？

A:I really can't work overtime. Because my husband has been ill recently,I must take care of him.

A:我真的不能加班。因爲我丈夫最近病了，我必須照顧他。

B:I'm sorry to hear that. Take good care of your husband. HI find another one to replace you.

B:聽到這件事我很難過，照顧好你丈夫。我另外找人替你。

A:I'm too tired now. I've already worked for 12 hours overtime!

A:我太累了。我已經加了 12個小時的班了。

B:God! Don't you think they should get you an assistant?

B:天啊？你不認爲他們應該給你請名助手嗎？

A:Yes,they were supposed to,but so far nobody's turned up, and I have to do the work alone. This is the first break I've had all day.

A:應該是，可是目前爲止還沒有人來呢。我不得不一個人做這事。這是我一天來頭一次休息。

B:They're really running you into the ground. Why don't you ask for some time off? You could take a long weekend and have a good rest.

B:他們對你有些太過分了。你爲什麼不請幾天假呢？好好休息一下。

A:I'm afraid I can't before I finish this project.

A:在完成這個項目之前，恐怕我不能。

B:You'd better pay more attention to your health.

B:你最好多注意健康。

A:I will,thanks for your concern.

B:You're welcome.
