名詞解釋: 敬業是一個人對自己所從事的工作及學習負責的態度。道德就是人們在不同的集體中，爲了我們集體的利益而約定組成的，應該做什麼和不應該做什麼的行爲規範。所以，敬業就是人們在某集體的工作及學習中，嚴格遵守職業道德的工作學習態度。你知道怎麼用英語表達嗎?

Only 6% of people in China's workforce are engaged in the job, less than half the average of 13% in other countries, according to a Gallup poll which surveyed 142 countries and regions between 2011 and 2012.

The survey asked employees to answer 12 questions including whether they learned new things on the job, whether their efforts were recognized and whether they made friends in the workplace.
