Universities and colleges in Beijing have begun to examine their use of foreign textbooks and ask teachers to fill in related questionnaires, following a notice issued by the Ministry of Education in early March, Beijing Youth Daily reported on Tuesday.
《北京青年報》週二報道，教育部於三月初發布通知，現在北京高校已經開始調查原版教材的使用情況，並要求教師填寫相關調研問卷。

【講解】

foreign textbooks是原版教材。
此前有報道稱新學期（the new semester）開始後並未對原版教材的使用（the use of foreign textbooks in original languages）採取嚴格規定。
1月29日，教育部部長袁貴仁在教育部學習貫徹《關於進一步加強和改進新形勢下高校宣傳思想工作（improve the publicity and ideological work of Chinese colleges and universities）的意見》精神座談會上講話。《意見》要求加強對西方原版教材的使用管理（tighten up management of the use of foreign textbooks）。
現在教育部下發通知，要求教師填寫（fill in）調研問卷（questionnaires），該調研問卷還要求理工農醫類和人文社科類人文（humanities）社科類（social sciences）本科，填寫使用教材最多的3個院系名稱，其中新聞傳播學（journalism）、政治學、經濟學、社會學（sociology）、歷史學等專業的教材和教參單列爲表格填寫。
引人注意的，第12條問及“2012年以來，學校是否出現未經學校審批擅自使用境外原版教材（use original foreign textbooks without getting approval）的情況。若有（If yes），是如何處理和追責的（how did the school punish those held responsible）？”
3月3日教育部下發通知，要求各省區市教育廳（教委）選擇本地5所有代表性的高校（colleges and universities）進行“境外原版教材使用管理情況（the use of foreign textbooks）專題調研問卷”，一般應包括“985”高校或“211”高校等國家重點高校（key national universities）、一般地方高校（ordinary schools）、民辦高校（private schools）等不同類型高校，各省區市要在3月13日前將上述內容發送到教育部高教司。
