調查報告顯示 年我國家庭人均財富16.9萬

China's Average household wealth rose to 169,077 yuan in 2016, an increase of 17.25% over the previous year, with net worth of property accounting for 65.99% of the total, according to a report by an Economic Daily research institute.

經濟日報社旗下研究院的一份報告顯示，2016年，我國家庭人均財富增至169077元，較上一年增長17.25%，其中房產淨值佔比65.99%。

The report shows that urban residents saw their household wealth increase mainly due to rising home values in cities. Each family owned 1.04 homes on average.

報告顯示，城鎮居民家庭財富主要因城市房價上漲而上升。每戶家庭自有住房套數平均爲1.04套。

Average home equity was 4.48 times that of per capita disposable income, and had increased by 61% from the original value when the home was bought.

人均房產淨值是人均可支配收入的4.48倍，且較購房時的原始價值增長了61%。

Auto ownership also accounts for a big part of household wealth, but only 2% have bought new energy cars despite governmental stimulus programs.

汽車在家庭財富中也佔據很大的比重，不過儘管政府出臺了激勵方案，僅2%的家庭購買了新能源汽車。

The report also showed educational backgrounds affected family income.

報告還顯示，文化程度影響家庭收入。

On average, homeowners with a bachelor's degree or above earned 3.38 times than those with an elementary education or less.

本科或本科以上學歷戶主的收入平均是小學或小學以下學歷戶主的收入的3.38倍。
