本句是逗號分隔，也是非限制性定語從句。which has made emerging markets a priority分隔了主謂部分，去掉分隔，得到Nokia continues to introduce low-cost phones，後面是分詞結構 designed for markets，markets後是一個關係副詞where引導的定語從句，其中 do not have access to reliable electricity和may not even be able to read構成並列，where在從句中作狀語，相當於in which。

在翻譯時，which has made emerging markets a priority因爲時態是完成時態，而主句是時態是一般現在時，說明定語從句先發生，因此可以轉譯爲全句的狀語，並根據其使用了完成時態翻譯爲“……後”。
