未來10年我國住房租賃市場規模將達4萬億

The nation will have a rental housing market of 5.4 billion sq m with annual rental income of some 4 trillion yuan by 2027, according to a new research note on the rental housing market.

一份關於房屋租賃市場的新研究報告顯示,到2027年,全國將形成54億平方米的房屋租賃市場,租金年收益約4萬億元。

The report, released by CRIC China, a real estate services provider, said that some 190 million migrant residents or 80% of nationwide migrants in urban areas will be housed in rental projects.

不動產服務提供商克而瑞(中國)發佈的這份報告顯示,屆時約1.9億流動人口(佔全國城鎮流動人口的80%)將租房居住。

The 4-trillion-yuan annual rental income would be 138% higher than that of 2017.

"Land supply plans in large cities will support growth of rental housing projects," the report said.

該報告稱:“大城市的土地供應計劃將支撐房屋租賃項目的增長。”

Beijing will offer 30 percent of its supplies for residential housing projects to the leasing market in the next five years.

在接下來的五年,北京將向租賃市場提供其30%的住房項目。

Yan Yuejin, an analyst and research head with CRIC, said rental housing projects will mainly emerge and grow fast in 36 first- and second-tier cities in the next few years.

克而瑞的分析師、研究部主管嚴躍進表示,在接下來的幾年裏,在36個一、二線城市,租賃住房項目將集中出現並快速增長。

"We estimate that 30 percent of housing in first-tier-cities will be rental housing and 20 percent in second-tier cities. Nationwide, for the 36 cities, the average share would be 25 percent," he said.
