該句主幹是While …, your could-be employer is deciding whether... and your wares and abilities must be displayed...。前一個分句中while引導狀語從句，decide後面是whether引導的賓語從句，該從句中並列主語爲your education, your experience, and other qualifications，謂語部分爲pay him，後面是不定式做的狀語。and後面的並列句是被動語態，其中in … manner爲方式狀語。
