厲害了! 黃燜雞米飯要在美國開店售賣了!

A massively popular Chinese chain restaurant, Yang's Braised Chicken Rice, is headed to America to serve their one main dish named clay pot chicken and rice.

廣受歡迎的中國連鎖餐廳“楊銘宇黃燜雞米飯”將在美國提供該餐廳的一道招牌菜:黃燜雞米飯。

The company announced they will set its first US flagship restaurant in Tustin, California.

該公司宣佈,將在加利福尼亞州塔斯廷市開設其在美國的第一家分店。

The Yang's Braised Chicken Rice restaurant was founded in 2011 by Yang Xiaolu. It has more than 6,000 flagship restaurants in China, Japan, Singapore and Australia.

楊銘宇黃燜雞米飯於2011年由楊曉路創立,在中國、日本、新加坡和澳大利亞有6000多家分店。

The chicken will be put in a clay pot and stew with mushrooms, ginger, and peppers, adding some sweetness and a spicy kick.

雞肉要放入一個砂鍋裏,用蘑菇、生薑和辣椒來燉,以此來加入一些甜和辣的味道。

Rice then comes on the side, but they recommend putting rice straight into the pot to enjoy.

之後,再在旁邊加入米飯,不過他們建議把米飯直接放到砂鍋裏去享受。

As the sauce is still produced in China and then imported into the US, Yang said the dish served in the US restaurant will taste virtually identical to that in China.

楊曉路表示,由於醬汁仍在中國製作,之後出口運到美國,美國分店提供的黃燜雞米飯的味道和中國的事實上是一樣的。
