中國領跑金磚國家和新興經濟體大學排行榜

Times Higher Education (THE) last Wednesday reveals its BRICS And Emerging Economies University Rankings 2017.

《泰晤士報高等教育》（THE）於上週三公佈了2017年《金磚國家和新興經濟體大學排名》。

China's institutions dominate, taking seven of the top 10 places, led by Peking University (1st) and Tsinghua University (2nd), and 77 in the ranking overall.

來自中國的高校領跑該榜單，在前10強中佔據七席，北京大學排名第一，清華大學排名第二，另有77所大學上榜。

Accounting for one in six of universities in the ranking, the Chinese mainland is home to the highest density of leading institutions in the developing world.

中國大陸的大學佔據該榜單六分之一的名額，成爲發展中國家中頂尖學府最爲密集的地區。

Meanwhile, Taiwan has 25 universities in this year's expanded ranking of 300 institutions.

同時，臺灣地區今年在前300名高等學府中也佔有25個席位。

An impressive 38 of China's universities make the top 100, including University of Science and Technology of China (5th), Fudan University which rose 11 places to reach sixth place this year, Shanghai Jiaotong University (7th), Zhejiang University (9th), Nanjing University (11th), and Wuhan University (21th).

值得注意的是，中國有38所大學位居前100名，除清華北大外還包括中國科技大學（第5名）、從去年榜單第11名上升至今年第6名的復旦大學、上海交通大學（第7名）、浙江大學（第9名）、南京大學（第11名）和武漢大學（第21名）。
