B: Yes, for example, the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission is just such an institution.

B: 是的。比如中國國際貿易促進會對外經濟仲裁委員會就是這樣的機構。

A: Dose the dispute have to be arbitrated by Chinese arbitration authorities?

A: 通過仲裁解決糾紛時，必須由中方的常設仲裁機構受理嗎？

B: It is up to the contract signed by two parties.

B: 這要根據雙方當事人的協議來決定。

A: Dose that mean we can specify an arbitration institution after reaching an agreement by the two parties?

A: 意思是雙方達成仲裁協議時，就能夠具體制定仲裁機構了？

B: Yes, the standard arbitration institution stipulates the procedure of arbitration and keeps the name list of the arbitrators, once the arbitration organization is designated according to the regulation of the arbitration organ.

B: 是的，常設仲裁機構規定了仲裁手續，還備有仲裁人名簿。一旦制定了仲裁機構，將來產生了糾紛就可以根據仲裁機構的規則委託仲裁了。
