A: It is inevitable to have some disputes in doing international trade business. Could you tell me how to resolve the dispute in your country?

A: 國際貿易中偶爾發生糾紛是避免不了的事。在貴國是怎樣解決這些糾紛的呢？

B: These are several ways. The best is to achieve consensus through consultation.

B: 有多種方式。最好的方法是通過雙方協商圓滿解決。

A: Would you seek for the legal means if the consultation can't help resolve the dispute?

A: 如果協商解決不了的話，通過法律就是說依靠國家權力來解決嗎？

B: Litigation is of course a way of resolving dispute. But actually we don't use it frequently.

B: 訴訟當然是解決糾紛的一種手段。不過實際上很少使用這種方式。

A: Then what should we do?

A: 那怎麼辦呢？

B: Usually through arbitration.

B: 一般來說是通過仲裁來解決。

A: Does the final judgement by arbitration have binding force on the parties concerned?

A: 那仲裁做出的決定是終決，對當事人是有約束力的吧。
