報告顯示 每年留學生消費超3800億元

Chinese students who study abroad spend over 380 billion yuan overseas each year and 80% of it is for tuition fees and daily expenses, a report issued by Union Pay International showed.

銀聯國際近日發佈的一份報告顯示，中國留學生每年的消費規模超過3800億元，其中學費和日常生活費佔比達80%。

The overseas study market in China is growing stably now with students becoming younger and their choices of destinations more diverse, according to the Report on the Spending of Chinese Students' Abroad (2017).

《2017中國出境留學生消費報告》稱，中國出境留學市場現已進入平穩增長期，學生更加低齡化、留學目的地的選擇更爲多元化。

The US, the UK, Australia and Canada are still the most popular destinations for overseas study, and the Chinese students studying in these countries are increasingly younger.

美國、英國、澳大利亞和加拿大依然是最受青睞的留學目的地，當地中國留學生日益低齡化。

Japan, France, New Zealand, Singapore and Germany are also among the top 10 destinations.

日本、法國、新西蘭、新加坡和德國也在十大留學目的地之列。

The transaction volume of UnionPay cards in overseas study-related fields continues to grow, the report points out.

該報告指出，銀聯卡在留學相關領域的交易金額持續增長。

Now, over 2,000 educational institutions outside the Chinese mainland accept UnionPay cards for tuition payment.

目前，中國內地以外已有2000多家教育機構支持銀聯卡支付學費。
