據《中國證券報》週一報道，樓市高燒已開始蔓延至普通縣城，甚至在一些偏遠山區，房價也開始瘋漲起來。現在在一些小縣城，只要拍下一塊土地，印出簡單的戶型圖就能吸引大批購房者。很多“圖紙房”的土地上舊房還沒拆，地基還沒開始打，就已經被搶購一空。

“圖紙房”縣城熱銷——由於政府已對一線、二線城市的房產實行限購，買房者開始將目標轉移到了小城市甚至偏遠縣城，那裏的房價也開始瘋漲起來。

在上面的報道中，blueprint homes或blueprint housing就是“圖紙房”。“圖紙房”是指憑藉簡單的戶型圖進行銷售的商品房。一般都是地產商get a piece of land at auction（拍下一塊土地），印出simple blueprints of the project（簡單的戶型圖），吸引大批購房者，在收到capital in the presale（預售款）後再開工建設。

事實上，購買這種blueprint housing的風險比forward-delivery housing（期房）還要大。如果“圖紙房”的開發商碰到資金問題放棄了該項目，那麼購房者將很難拿回自己的advance fees（預付款）。
