THE STYLE
In the 19th episode of the season, Blair Waldorf makes a sexystatement with her tiny bandage dress. It's a pretty spicy look from Herve Leger, but Blair takes the heat down a bit with the Joie cardigan. With the anchor necklace from Urban Minx, Blair proves that she is no wallflower.
While Blair Waldorf shows some sex appeal at the party, Serena van der Woodsen opts for a much more demure floor-length gown.
